En tant que spécialiste, quittances et subrogations, vous serez responsable de la gestion du département et du support à l’équipe opérationnelle en vous assurant de la publication de l’ensemble des quittances. Vous serez également responsable des échanges entre les bureaux de notaires et/ou avocat pour les demandes spéciales de radiation. Vos excellentes compétences en communication sont essentielles pour ce rôle. En tant que spécialiste, quittances et subrogations, vous serez l’expert de votre domaine.As a Discharge Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the department workflow and supporting the operational team ensuring the proper management of the registration of all mortgage loan discharges. You will liaise with notary offices and/or lawyers for special discharge requests. Your excellent communication skills are essential in this role. As a Discharge Specialist, you will be the expert in your field.
Responsabilités clés :
Superviser tous les programmes de quittances et de subrogation
S’assurer de l’exécution des rapports mensuels
Superviser la correction des quittances et des subrogations
S’assurer que toutes les quittances sont signées et que tous les documents accessoires sont légalement préparés en vue de l’attestation par le notaire
Exécuter la gestion du travail dans l’équipe afin de s’assurer que les niveaux de service et de qualité sont atteints
Procéder à l’analyse des demandes de lettres d’engagement par FCT pour l’exécution d’une quittance
Soutenir l’équipe opérationnelle dans l’exécution des dossiers de radiation
Exigences:
Parajuriste ou notaire avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine immobilier
Excellente communication verbale et écrite
Capacité à établir de solides relations avec la clientèle interne et externe
Capacité à gérer des demandes concurrentes, tout en étant capable de s’adapter et d’être flexible aux changements
Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour ce poste en raison de la nature des fonctions et de la nécessité de communiquer efficacement avec des clients et des partenaires internes anglophones
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Oversees all Québec discharge and transfer programs
Ensures that all monthly reports are actioned in a timely manner
Oversees the investigation and resolution of all rejected discharges and transfers
Ensures that all discharge documents are properly executed and that the supporting documents are correct and legally valid for authentication by the notary
Assigns and direct work to the members of the team in order to ensure service levels and quality targets are met
Analyzes the notaries requests for FCT’s commitments to proceed with the execution of discharge documents
Provide support to the operational team for the execution of the discharges
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
2 – 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Notary in real estate
Solid relationship building skills with internal and external customers
Ability to thrive while managing competing priorities and adapt well to change
Excellent verbal and written communication
Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role and the necessity to communicate effectively with English speaking clients and internal partners.
Total Direct Compensation:
67,975 - 83,080Any pay range is in $CAD
