Disbursement Specialist
$18.83 – $22.59 / hour
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Create Ad Hoc client information in Workday. Process Ad Hoc disbursements, supplier invoices, and produce checks/EFTs for payment of bills and miscellaneous disbursements of all Shelter Insurance Companies. Process voids and stop payments against check system. Audit proper expense coding, ensure attachment of proper documentation, and input data into Workday. Input cash slip data into system. Process Due Diligence and Outstanding Check letters for uncashed checks. Work to ensure compliance with unclaimed property filings.
Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Credit Bureau Report may be ordered on final candidates.
This position is located at the Home Office in Columbia, MO.

Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
