Disaster Recovery
Provide oversight on the IT Disaster Recovery function and liaise with the IT Disaster Recovery Team on establishing, maintaining, validating, and testing IT Disaster Recovery Plans covering all critical systems and platforms.
As subject-matter expert, provide guidance and recommendations on disaster recovery and contingency planning.
Report results and escalate issues and action items to the management, the business, enabling, and governance groups, and BPCM Head.
Monitor the end-to-end closure of issues and action items that arise from plan testing and exercises; and incorporate the results in the overall improvement of the Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience Program.
Participate in plan testing and exercises of the national government and all applicable critical interdependencies (i.e. cloud service providers).
Cyber Resilience
Establish a practical and effective enterprise-wide Cyber Resilience Program, and develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for its effective implementation.
Implement proactive measures to mitigate cyber threats and enhance the organization's resilience to cyber attacks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cyber resilience measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
Monitor and analyze cyber security trends and emerging threats to continuously improve the organization's cyber resilience capabilities.
Others
Ensure compliance with all relevant government mandates and standards in Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience
Build and maintain relationships with relevant external entities such as but not limited to government agencies and private organizational resilience groups.
Monitor emerging risks in DR and Cyber Resilience, proactively communicate with the BPCM Team, and develop the appropriate strategies and programs.
Perform activities required by the BPCM Head and CRO, as needed.
