Resumo da atuação: 

• Manutenção e expansão do portfólio da Diretoria de Produtos para RH: Remuneração (Pesquisas, Workforce Planning, Mobility, Analytics, PayEquity, Salário Digno, AITools, Learning etc.) e Plataformas de Assessments (Mettl e TTE);
• Gerir e alavancar o PL atual , buscando novas oportunidades de receitas, eficiências e reduções de custos onde possível;
• Gestão de uma equipe multidisciplinar (Produtos, Inovação, Experiência do cliente, Canais e Distribuição e Digital Sales);
• Criação de uma área de Inovação e Incubadora de soluções globais no Brasil;
• Criação de uma equipe de digital sales;
• Expansão do relacionamento atual com parceiros externos (Data as a Service);
• Melhoria e impulso no relacionamento com canais internos (times de vendas da Mercer e Marsh);
• Alavancar o uso de inteligência artificial pelo time.
