As our Director, Visual Analytics, you will help lead R1's reporting and analytics team. Every day you will deliver external reporting and analytics solutions on time and on budget, lead a team of visualization experts in providing high quality scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Pover BI and Tableau, and form strong working relationships with the data warehouse and data modeling leadership. Here’s what you will experience working as a Director of Visual Analytics:

Create backlog and prioritization of work to accomplish organizational objectives.

Communicate with appropriate teams and stakeholders.

Responsible for continual performance improvement across the visualization and data analytics vertical.
Required Skills:
-
5+ years of reporting and data analytics in revenue cycle operations, healthcare operations, management, consulting or related fields.

5+ years of experience in an analytics manager position or similar role with knowledge of performance metrics.

Proven track record of leading various technology and product resources to coordinate, plan, and execute against an implementation plan.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $109,118.00 - $187,269.24 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
