So, what’s the role all about?
This Position reports to our Global Vice President of Design and User Experience, the Director, Product Design will lead and Israel design organization as part of our collaborative UX leadership team. You'll build a high-performing team while making strategic design decisions that drive product excellence across our contact center and SaaS solutions.
How will you make an impact?
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to make critical design and resource allocation decisions that directly impact our products. Working alongside UX leadership peers in the US and India, you'll help shape our global design vision while building organizational excellence in Israel. Your leadership will blend strategic design thinking with thoughtful team development, as you establish processes that enable your organization to thrive at the highest levels of quality and efficiency. This position requires proactive communication, strong relationship-building skills, and a highly collaborative mindset. You will work closely with distributed peers and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones. A core expectation of this role is schedule flexibility, including regular early-morning and occasional late-evening calls, to effectively partner with global teams and leadership. Success in this position depends on maintaining strong visibility and accessibility across international offices and ensuring consistent alignment regardless of geography.

- At least 10 years of design leadership experience at an Enterprise level
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing, diverse design teams
- Experience operating as a peer leader in global, distributed organizations
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
