The Director of Transformation is responsible for leading strategic business transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business results. This role partners closely with business, product, technology, and functional leaders to identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and manage complex change initiatives. The Director will also play a key role in post-merger integration activities, helping align people, processes, systems, and governance to achieve integration objectives, accelerate value capture, and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive post-merger integration activities, including the alignment of people, processes, technology, governance, and operating models.
  • Manage cross-functional programs and workstreams, ensuring delivery of milestones, objectives, and expected business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and executive progress reporting.
  • Identify, track, and realize value capture opportunities, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Facilitate problem-solving, process improvement, and change management efforts across business functions.
  • Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, finance, HR, and operations teams to remove barriers and accelerate results.
  • Prepare executive and board-level communications on transformation progress, key decisions, risks, and outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor project teams and stakeholders in transformation methodologies, program management, and change leadership.


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, program management, or integration efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading organizational change and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and status reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience establishing project governance, managing risks, and driving accountability for outcomes.
  • Proficiency with project management, process improvement, and business performance management methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integration programs.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in real estate, relocation, brokerage, mobility, or related service industries.
  • Experience managing value capture, synergy realization, and transformation portfolios.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks and organizational design principles.
