Lead PMO governance, management reporting including the innovation metrics performance, innovation process effectiveness, and digital/system enhancement initiatives to improve visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

PMO Governance

  • Oversee project governance processes and ensure adherence to structured project management methodologies, standards, and controls.
  • Lead project portfolio management across all projects, ensuring prioritization, balance resources, risk management and business case development
  • Drive strategic alignment between projects pipeline and functional and organizational priorities
  • Champion innovation governance discipline across the organization.
  • Ensure effective management of project lifecycle and stage-gate governance frameworks.

Reporting, Metrics & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics frameworks including dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and executive reports.
  • Track innovation effectiveness, portfolio health, resource utilization, and delivery performance.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish standardized performance measurement frameworks.

Resource & Process Management

  • Provide inputs and recommendations to enable effective resource planning and allocation across projects.
  • Support prioritization of budgets, tools, and human resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish scalable operational frameworks and governance models.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication across stakeholders.
  • Provide inputs for project timeline for execution and technical implications.

Knowledge Management & Change Management

  • Lead knowledge management and lessons-learned programs, lead the post launch review process on behalf of TISC
  • Establish best-practice repositories and project documentation standards.
  • Champion organizational change management and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of process and system changes into operations.

Systems & Digital Transformation

  • Actively utilizes innovation process systems and tools (Workfront) and promotes the usage discipline within the organization
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within TOC.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives and PMO tool optimization.
  • Recommend and implement tools and technologies to improve delivery capabilities and operational transparency.
  • Support automation and workflow optimization across the innovation and commercialization process.

Project Management Capability Enablement

  • Support development of project managers through mentoring, PM standards, training, and best practices.
  • Provide project management tools, frameworks, and governance support.
  • Foster consistency and maturity in project management practices across teams.

Key Success Parameters:

3-5 years experience in one or more functional areas within TISC (SC, Commercialization, CPS, GDI, etc.) Very good understanding of technical risk management, manufacturing processes and core technologies, project management framework and methodologies, commercialization and innovation processes Strong abilities to collaborate with bottling partners and other functions within the OU. Strong planning and organizing skills.
