Iron Mountain is seeking a high-impact Director, Test & Erasure Platform to join our ALM Technology team from Ireland.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our test, audit, and erasure software suite. You will bridge the gap between complex software development and physical operational excellence, ensuring technology enhances warehouse throughput and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Software Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the strategic direction and management of the full suite of test, erasure, and audit software to ensure tools are scalable, secure, and aligned with global standards.
• Engineering Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of software developers and engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, agile delivery, and technical excellence.
• Warehouse Technology Integration: Modernize warehouse operations by identifying automation and robotics solutions and owning the roadmap for physical production floor transformation.
• Concept-to-Execution (NPI): Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from ideation and prototyping through to full-scale production deployment.
• Direct Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical expert in consultations, translating client needs into technical specifications that solve real-world challenges.
• Process Engineering & Standardization: Design and enforce standardized operational workflows that harmonize software performance with physical logistics and warehouse management systems.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of managing software development teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, specifically how software interfaces with hardware, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proven ability in innovation delivery, taking concepts from ideation to successful launches as production-ready technology solutions.
• Technical breadth in managing a diverse portfolio of software products rather than single-point solutions.
• Expertise in security and compliance, including knowledge of industry best practices and certifications.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage executive stakeholders and global customers, simplifying complex architectures into business value.
