Agiliti Health, Inc. (Agiliti) has an opening for a Director of Technology Product Management based at our headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsible for providing strategic oversight of the enabling technology of multiple lines of business for Agiliti. Lead product teams that may consist of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define requirements and objectives and execute Agiliti’s technology strategy through high-performing teams. Monitor costs, project milestones, deliverables, budget issues, and performance of team members. Duties also include: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of a product that solves problems and delights end users; Develop strategic product roadmaps that further positions Agiliti as a Category of One, translating product vision and strategy into detailed requirement documents and prototypes; Identify risks and create product roadmaps for consistent messaging; Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, designing and building proof of concept experiments based on common customer use cases to evaluate end-to-end user experience; Product delivery & execution, working with different stakeholders across engineering and research to take the product from ideation to production; Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction; Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans; Submit project deliverables to clients and ensure adherence to quality standards. Travel is required about 10%-50% of the time to unanticipated Agiliti and/or customer sites in continental U.S.  Requires: Master’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related business or engineering discipline, plus three years of experience. with 1) product management; 2) managing strategic roadmaps through agile methodologies or Advanced Product Quality Planning; 3) developing and overseeing high-performing teams; 4) business case and KPI development and tracking; 5) enterprise resource planning (ERP); 6) time study & labor standards; 7) Lean Six Sigma; and 8) Warehouse Management systems, distribution networks, logistics, and automation of material handling.  In the alternative, Agiliti will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related business or engineering discipline, plus five years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience with 1) product management; 2) managing strategic roadmaps through agile methodologies or Advanced Product Quality Planning; 3) developing and overseeing high-performing teams; 4) business case and KPI development and tracking; 5) enterprise resource planning (ERP); 6) time study & labor standards; 7) Lean Six Sigma; and 8) Warehouse Management systems, distribution networks, logistics, and automation of material handling. Pay range is from at least $178,090/yr. to $178,090/yr. Agiliti offers standard benefits offered to fulltime employees.
