  • Support the development and evolution of a leadership framework that defines what great leadership looks like at all levels of the organization.

Enablement & Tools

  • Develop and deploy toolkits, learning aids, communications, and training materials to build leader and HRBP capability in core talent processes.
  • Leverage talent platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems) to streamline workflows and enable data-driven talent decisions.

  • Proven track record in designing and leading enterprise talent management processes and frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead high-impact discussions with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience aligning leadership development with organizational capability building and talent strategy.
  • Proficiency with talent systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and use of talent analytics to drive insights and action.

  • Comfort working in matrixed, high-growth, or transformational environments.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong influence skills in a highly matrixed organization. Engage senior leaders in talent discussions and strategic planning.

Why This Role Matters:
