  • Analyze hiring data and future demand to identify effective sourcing models for niche and emerging EV skill sets.
  • Develop direct-sourcing tactics and build a strong internal technical recruiting bench.
  • Drive process improvements for consistent communication and delivery across a fast-moving engineering organization.
  • Track core recruiting metrics (time, cost, volume, quality), with emphasis on quality-of-hire for technical roles.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiters, ensuring fluency in EV technology and the technical talent market.
  • Act as SME on technical recruiting, guiding hiring managers on competency assessment and interview design.
  • Track industry trends, competitor talent strategies, and the technical labor market to inform sourcing and hiring strategy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced technical environment; adaptable and proactive in driving change.
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative; leads cross-functional teams and manages multiple urgent requisitions with confidence.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to attract, motivate, and retain a team of technical recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
