This newly established, pivotal Director role leads the digital evolution of Mondelēz International's critical ESG initiatives, including Climate, Packaging, Sustainable Sourcing, and Social Disclosures. As the Director, PLCS (Procurement, Legal, CGA and Sustainability), Sustainability Product Group Management, you will drive the technological roadmap and lead complex product lifecycles to achieve our "Snacking Made Right" commitments. This position is for a visionary leader passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering tangible value in a dynamic FMCG environment.
How you will contribute
You will define, implement, and own the short-term and long-term strategy, vision, and roadmaps for the entire Sustainability Product Group, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. This involves:
- Strategic Product Leadership: Define and implement the product group's strategy and vision.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value and optimal financial performance.
- Stakeholder & Partner/Vendor Management: Serve as the senior point of contact, translating business requirements into technology solutions and managing strategic vendor partnerships.
- Innovation & Digitalization: Champion continuous improvement and oversee the automation/digitalization roadmap for sustainability outcomes.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish decision-making processes, manage budgets, ensure security compliance, and mitigate risks.
- Team & Talent Development: Directly manage, coach, and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture, and building necessary capabilities.
- Financial Accountability: Accountable for the financial performance of your Product Group, including budgetary decisions.

- Internal: Act as Product Group point of contact, collaborate across the organization (stakeholders, suppliers, other product managers, CIO's office), provide visibility to Product Stream Lead, Strategic Architect, Portfolio Manager, and Operations Manager. Manage, coach, and mentor teams.
- External (Vendors/Partners): Oversee vendor relationships for development, testing, and support. Develop a comprehensive vendor strategy, ensure service delivery excellence, influence product roadmaps, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and leverage innovation for competitive advantage.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Functional Skills: Change Leadership, Product Management, Business & Strategy definition, Modelling techniques.
- Technical Skills: Deep experience in end-to-end technology development, strong understanding of emerging software engineering methodologies (especially in sustainability), practical agile delivery experience.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Behavioral: Management and collaboration within business and own teams, ability to inspire teams, effectively convey complex issues to diverse audiences, and create an innovative culture.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
