  • Serve as an escalation leader for complex supplier, customer, planning, material availability, and fulfillment challenges.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Product Development, R&D, Finance, Commercial, Logistics, suppliers, and customers to align priorities and execution timelines.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators such as supplier performance, cost savings, material availability, inventory health, production plan adherence, order accuracy, OTIF, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach, develop, and hold accountable supply chain leaders and team members while building a high-performing, analytical, and ownership-driven team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, planning, customer operations, logistics, or related operational leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers, supervisors, planners, buyers, customer operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in nutraceutical, food, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, RFIs/RFPs, contract negotiation, cost savings, supplier performance, dual sourcing, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong command of supply chain planning, MRP, production planning, capacity alignment, inventory management, material availability, and planning analytics.
  • Experience with customer operations, order management, fulfillment execution, customer communication, service issue resolution, and OTIF performance.
  • Ability to interpret complex operational data, identify root causes, evaluate tradeoffs, and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis; SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP experience preferred.
