Leads the HR function for a growing, multi-site nutraceutical manufacturing company. Partners with executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR systems, change management, and process improvement. Manages a team of three while building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting payroll and workforce analytics in partnership with Finance.

Lead end-to-end supply chain including strategic sourcing, procurement, supply planning, and customer operations. Drive supplier selection, MRP governance, production planning, order fulfillment, KPI improvement, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment while coaching a high-performing team in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
