  • Drive clear communication and alignment with partners for all product-related workstreams.

  • Manage the product lifecycle for Life Sciences custom products from inception and proof-of-concept through product development, launch, go-to-market, and post-market evaluation.

  • Collaborate with internal medical, AI, and translational research subject matter experts to determine feasibility, technical approach, and drive execution.
  • Optimize internal processes to improve product lifecycle delivery and time-to-market.

  • Collaborate with quality and regulatory subject matter experts to ensure ongoing compliance with Paige and Tempus’s regulatory obligations and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy at the intersection of healthcare and technology, including responsibility for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of complex products in regulated environments.

  • Proven track record (2+ years) of managing AI products through the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch (0 to 1).

  • Extensive experience in customer and/or partner management

  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and engage diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Deep familiarity and demonstrated understanding of the drug development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with molecular biology, translational medicine, and diagnostics preferred.

  • Experience working with Life Sciences or Biopharma partners in a product management or translational research role preferred.
