About the Role

The Strategic Business Excellence (SBE) Director at Ipsen DACH is responsible for driving growth, improving sales effectiveness, and enhancing overall commercial performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders. This position involves leading various aspects of commercial operations including omni-channel strategies, learning and development, and to oversee congresses and events.

The focus is on maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and upholding ethical practices.
