About the Role 

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional to drive new business for our AI-powered Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) SaaS platform. The candidate will manage sales across the Banking and Financial Service Sectorin India. while also selling into Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in IndiaThe ideal candidate has deep relationships across Indian banks, NBFCs, insurers, payment companies, and fintech's, and understands risk, compliance, and vendor governance frameworks used in BFSI. 


Key Responsibilities 

  1. New Business Development
  • Own the full sales cycle for BFSI customers: lead generation, qualification, discovery, demos, solution mapping, pricing, negotiation, and closure. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with leading banks, NBFCs, insurers, AMCs, fintech, and payment companies. 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets consistently 
  1. Account Management
  •   Leverage existing networks with CXOs, Chief Risk Officers, Vendor Management Heads, Procurement Leaders, CISOs, and Compliance Heads. 
  •   Develop strong long-term relationships and position the product as a strategic solution for risk, compliance, and procurement transformation. 
  •   Conduct senior-level conversations addressing governance, TPRM maturity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. 
  1. Product & Solution Expertise and Collaboration
  • Understand and articulate the value of our AI agent–driven TPRM platform including due diligence, risk assessments, continuous monitoring, vendor intelligence, and workflow orchestration. 
  • Stay updated on RBI guidelines, regulatory trends, and industry best practices related to vendor risk, outsourcing frameworks, governance, IT/cyber risk, and compliance. 
  • Work closely with product team to customize demos and map client pain points to product capabilities. 
  1. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Prepare sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports. 
  • Collaborate with presales, customer success, marketing, and leadership for conversion. 
  • Represent the company in events, webinars, partner meets, and industry forums. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Relevant B2B SaaS sales experience, in Indian BFSI sector, preferably in Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Procurement, GRC, or related domains. 
  • Strong, proven connects across banks, NBFCs, insurers, AMCs, and fintech decision-makers. 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and handling complex sales cycles. 
  • High ownership mindset, self-driven, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Understanding of TPRM/GRC processes, vendor onboarding, due diligence, or compliance frameworks is a plus. 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience selling TPRM, vendor management, or GRC platforms. 
  • Understanding of RBI’s outsourcing guidelines, operational risk frameworks, and compliance standards. 
  • Relationships in large private banks and top NBFCs. 
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and large enterprise procurement cycles.
