What You'll Do
As a Solutions Engineering leader, you will lead teams to align Cisco architectures and solutions with our customers' most important business and technology priorities. You'll drive sustained team performance, deepen strategic partner & customer relationships, and identify opportunities that expand Cisco's marketshare and create long-term growth.

  • Lead Solutions Engineering teams across multiple regions & leaders in APJC
  • Translate Cisco's technical sales strategy into scalable programmatic initiatives that drive market expansion, booking growth, and strong quota performance.
  • Collaborate with our channel partners to align on their business objectives, technology roadmaps, and industry focus, identifying joint cross-architecture opportunities and driving partner-led demand based on our combined value proposition.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders, including CXOs, Directors, and key IT leaders.
  • Engage directly with strategic accounts and large, competitive opportunities, navigating complex deal structures and multi-architecture solutions.
  • Adapt technical sales strategies to strengthen account planning, increase bookings, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support teams throughout the sales process, providing leadership and expertise during discovery, consultation, solution development, and executive presentations.
  • Build compelling technology experiences and demand-generation strategies that increase customer engagement and create new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Engineering, Customer Experience, Partners, Marketing, and other business units to develop customer-focused strategies, capture growth opportunities, and proactively mitigate risk.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to drive collaboration, advance corporate initiatives, and align teams around shared business outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, technical sales execution, and quota performance.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that prioritizes the mentorship and professional growth of early-in-career talent, ensuring our frontline SE team remains a hub for innovation and the development of future technical leadership.
  • Drive success across key measures including revenue growth, market expansion, customer success, profitability, operational efficiency, team quota performance, and partner and stakeholder engagement.

You know how to turn strategic priorities into scalable programmatic sales motions while building high-performing teams and trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You thrive in high-velocity environments where scalable, repeatable motions drive growth across multiple architectures. You excel at streamlining technical decisions and accelerating sales cycles to capture market share in fast-paced, competitive segments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
