• Key Accountabilities
• Deliver innovative software products with agility and quality.
• Be a critical change agent, passionate on developing strong culture & behaviors of high-performance teams and individuals to drive transformation to an innovative culture in an increasingly digital world.
• Provide leadership in driving adoption of Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies in the development of the Company’s product and processes
• Lead and coordinate the engineering priorities in close cooperation with Digital Technologies, Engineering and key cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement processes, tools and support structure to ensure engineering deliverables are in accordance with the Company’s design guidelines, quality and safety standards and regulations.
• Develop an optimized organization and build capabilities and competencies that are required for competing in an increasingly digital and connected world. Continuously improve these capabilities by coaching, developing, attracting, recruiting, retaining and motivating the team.
• Stay abreast of latest technologies/process and evaluate their application in the Company.
• Report on Engineering activities on a regular basis to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators
