SALARY: St. Louis: $104,800 - $124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
New York City: $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing will lead and shape the social media and influencer marketing initiatives. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing social and influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth through authentic branding and partnerships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own influencer Budget and maximize ROI
Final Approval of Gifting Boxes aligned with Budget
Liaison bigger picture partnerships + PR/Press opportunities
Oversee finance invoices, contracts, W9's
Manage negotiations/ pitch calls with potential partners
Final approval on all contracts drafted and executed by influencer manager
Ensure all influencer agreements adhere to standard marketing policies and branding policies
Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's marketing goals and objectives.
Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
Oversee influencer campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of social and influencer marketing campaigns, providing regular reporting to senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, public relations, and creative departments, to integrate influencer campaigns into overall marketing efforts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in social & influencer marketing, with a track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and guide a high-performing team.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong influencer relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure KPIs and ROI.
Creative thinking and the ability to identify unique and impactful social/influencer opportunities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align influencer initiatives with overall brand goals.
Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven success in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for consumer brands.
Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
