- Develop, take ownership of, and regularly update the multi-year strategic roadmap for the partnership, covering market landscape analysis, evaluation of institutional capabilities and development gaps, vision formulation, definition of strategic pillars, and robust financial modelling.
- Lead the full-cycle execution of strategic initiatives, including structured project management, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective implementation.
- Plan and facilitate steering committee meetings to engage key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and align parties toward the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and keep stakeholders updated on key developments by conducting or coordinating ongoing primary and secondary market research at the appropriate level.
- Coordinate and facilitate access to global resources, expertise, and best practices from strategic education partners and international academic networks.
- Oversee and manage the partnership’s P&L, including enrollment targets, revenue performance, budget planning, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with the partner institution’s leadership team, including board-level executives, academic leaders, and department heads, to ensure strong institutional alignment and a healthy partnership.
- Drive student enrollment growth and uphold academic quality in collaboration with subject matter experts, academic teams, and marketing teams, ensuring that program standards meet both local and international benchmarks.
- Lead additional strategic and commercial growth initiatives as identified, capturing value-creation opportunities as they emerge.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- MBA or Master’s degree required; additional higher-level qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 4–5 years in commercial or business-facing functions such as sales, marketing, or business development.
- Prior experience in management consulting, whether external or internal, or in a corporate strategy role is highly preferred.
- Experience within the higher education sector is an advantage.
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience in organizational change management and leading strategic transformation initiatives.
- Strong capabilities in project management, people management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical, process-driven, proactive, dynamic, articulate, and highly effective in problem-solving.
- International exposure through living, studying, or working abroad; comfortable working across cultures and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Solid understanding of Vietnam’s business environment, cultural context, and regulatory landscape.
- Willing and able to travel to Bien Hoa, Dong Nai as required.
