Are you a Director or Senior Director with Enterprise Projects & Portfolio Delivery experience in the Telecom space? We are hiring multiple roles for immediate hire. In this role you will be accountable for predictable outcomes across complex, multi‑year initiatives—working at the intersection of business transformation, technology delivery, and operational governance, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Senior Director will own the enterprise transformation and delivery portfolio, aligned to corporate strategy, network evolution (e.g., 5G, fiber, cloud), and digital modernization priorities. Director will own the execution, integration, and successful delivery of major programs or value streams within that portfolio
- Senior Director will translate strategic objectives into Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) constructs, including epics, value streams, roadmaps, and investment guardrails. Director operates LPM by breaking portfolio epics into executable increments, managing flow across value streams, and ensuring delivery stays within guardrails while realizing intended outcomes.
- Senior Director partners with Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and Product to ensure portfolio prioritization and funding aligns to business value. Director ensures those decisions are executable, credible, and delivering value in practice
Qualifications for success:
- 10 or more years of experience in telecommunications project, program, and/or portfolio delivery (Director Level) - or- 15 or more years of progressive leadership in telecommunications project, program, and/or portfolio delivery (Sr. Director).
- Senior Director must have Enterprise / Portfolio Scale and experience managing Directors and Senior Program Directors
- Telecom domain experience
- Executive communication and stakeholder management
- Enterprise portfolio leadership
- Experience delivering large‑scale OSS/BSS, Network, IT, or Digital transformations
- Experience operating at enterprise scale in matrixed, multi‑vendor environments
- SAFe / Agile at scale, traditional PM, and hybrid delivery models
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to travel to Client site as needed
- Certifications (Preferred)
- SAFe SPC / LPM
- PMP / PgMP
- MSP or equivalent
- TM Forum exposure or certification is a strong advantage

The pay range for this role is $165,000-220,000 USD Total Cash (Director Level) and 220,000-270,000 USD Total Cash (Senior Director Level) per annum. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance, and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate. For contractors, the hourly pay rate range is $95-120/hour (Director Level) and $120-160/hour (Senior Director Level).
