The Director of Sales Walmart Inc is responsible for driving profitable growth at Walmart and Sam’s Club for Nature’s Bakery. This individual contributor owns customer strategy, senior buyer relationships, and commercial execution to deliver revenue, share, and earnings objectives.
This position is based in the Bentonville, Arkansas area.
This role serves as the primary commercial leader for Walmart Inc and translates brand and enterprise strategies into effective customer growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver annual and long-term targets for Net Sales, Earnings, Share, and Distribution
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies aligned to brand and enterprise priorities
- Own customer relationship and lead Joint Business Planning
- Drive performance across key commercial levers including distribution, pricing, assortment, shelving, and merchandising
- Use insights and data to optimize plans and accelerate growth
- If applicable, Lead broker partners to ensure aligned priorities and execution standards
- Coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver integrated customer plans
- Represent customer needs in internal planning, forecasting, and performance discussions
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience across sales, revenue growth, or customer strategy roles, preferably within CPG
- Demonstrated success managing large national retail accounts including Walmart
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer growth strategies
- Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate independently in complex customer environments

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $153,000 - $192,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
