We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Director who is passionate about connecting people with a community where they can truly see themselves thriving.
As Sales Director, you’ll build relationships with prospective residents and their families, guide them through the sales journey, and help them discover how Monarch Landing can support the lifestyle they envision for their future. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and internal teams to create an exceptional experience from the first conversation through move-in.

Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of Two years’ supervisory/management experience include hiring staff, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.
- 3-5 years of successful marketing and sales experience meeting or exceeding goals.
- Previous experience with a Life Plan Senior Living Community strongly recommended.
- Superlative communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Sales Force, & the ability to learn new applications as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate both small and large group presentations.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
