Position Summary: The Director of Sales Strategic Initiatives will play a critical role in shaping and driving the execution of high-priority sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth strategy. This leader will partner directly with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, drive operational excellence, and ensure scalable execution of strategic programs across the global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic programs that improve sales productivity, accelerate revenue growth, and support GTM transformation.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and prioritize initiatives that support both long-term vision and near-term sales goals.
- Drive end-to-end program ownership from planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution to measurement and optimization.
- Act as a thought leader and internal consultant, identifying whitespace opportunities, designing solutions, and driving change management across the sales org.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives that may include org design, segmentation strategy, incentive alignment, enablement effectiveness, and new product rollouts.
- Analyze performance data and insights to identify root causes, support decision-making, and guide continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or GTM Strategy roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales motions and GTM models.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable execution.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, and project/program management tools.
- Role will be hybrid in our Sunnyvale, CA office
