So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our SEA Sales Teams at NiCE.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital and AI technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance and more.
This individual will also have experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and execute strategic sales territory plans to drive revenue growth for NiCE's advanced digital and AI solutions including CXone
- Lead a high-performing sales to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional sales support to the CX account teams
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients in the digital solutions market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for NiCE go to market sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for managing team composition, including recruitment and separation processes
Have you got what it takes?
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the digital solutions and contact center space
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in individual contributor role in enterprise software sales in like or similar market
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends in the digital solutions market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper growth, extremely high-volume sales environment
