Position Overview

Mobilelink, the largest authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales Performance to oversee sales operations, operational execution, and overall store performance across our Cricket Wireless locations. This role will lead Sales Operations Managers (SOMs), Sales Operations Leads (SOLs), and other operational support teams while partnering closely with Sales Directors and executive leadership

The Director of Sales Performance will be responsible for driving KPI performance, improving operational processes, ensuring accountability, and supporting company growth through strong leadership, reporting, and strategic execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Sales Operations teams supporting Cricket Wireless retail locations
  • Drive sales performance, operational execution, and KPI achievement across all markets
  • Partner with Sales Directors, District Managers, and executive leadership to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including activations, upgrades, accessories, AutoPay, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance
  • Oversee operational reporting, documentation, and performance tracking
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, and inventory controls
  • Analyze sales and operational trends to provide actionable business recommendations
  • Lead operational process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses
  • Coach and develop SOMs, SOLs, and operational teams to build accountability and high performance
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Training, and Field Leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of retail, wireless, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience managing KPIs, operational processes, and team performance.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Preferred Skills

  • Wireless retail experience preferred.
  • Experience with operational reporting, inventory management, and compliance.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Strong business acumen and performance-driven mindset.
