We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead performance across five branches in the Pacific Northwest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, builds high-performing teams, and delivers consistent results.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth
- Lead and execute sales strategy across multiple locations
- Own regional performance and consistently exceed targets
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities across residential, commercial, and retail channels
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Manage and coach:
- Showroom Sales Consultants
- In-Home Sales Specialists
- Commercial / B2B Account Managers
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Be in the Field
- Travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Work directly with branch teams to elevate performance
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Align Sales with Operations
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and operations teams
- Ensure sales volume aligns with production capacity and profitability
Strengthen Key Accounts
- Grow and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and retail partners
- Represent FLOFORM as a trusted industry partner
Use Data to Win
- Track KPIs, forecast accurately, and adjust strategy as needed
- Leverage CRM tools and reporting to drive decision-making and results
What You Bring
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven success leading multi-location teams
- Experience in building materials, construction, or custom manufacturing (strong asset)
- Strong understanding of Pacific Northwest markets
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Leadership style grounded in coaching, accountability, and results
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics
