Measures residential and commercial countertop projects using digital templating equipment, creates accurate CAD files for fabrication, documents installation specifications, and identifies potential concerns. Reviews project details with customers, provides professional on-site service, communicates information to Sales, Operations, and Production, and submits templates promptly. The role requires travel to customer locations in a company vehicle, physical activity in construction environments, and maintaining vehicle organization.

Provides product guidance, resolves pricing and service issues, maintains accurate records, and supports showroom presentation while managing multiple priorities.

Generates and qualifies customer leads at countertop kiosks located in big-box retail stores. Engages shoppers, explains products and installation services, collects customer information, schedules qualified leads for in-home sales consultations, and maintains, sets up, and tears down displays. The role requires standing for extended periods, occasional lifting, evening and weekend availability, reliable transportation, and travel between store locations.
