Position Overview:

Vumedi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Director of Sales Operations for our Education team, which manages the content on our platform. This role is pivotal in driving growth, optimizing processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across our Education organization. The ideal candidate will have a Sales Operations background and possess a combination of hands-on process ownership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of sales operations. The Education team at Vumedi is absolutely critical because it drives the growth of content on our platform, and while these are not monetary transactions, without the growth of content, there cannot be growth in sales or growth of the company overall. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting: Create, manage, and optimize a forecasting motion for the Education team.
  • Operations Management: Help drive all aspects of operations, including pipeline management, territory planning, and performance analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and ensure scalability.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the funnel and lifecycle of our partners.
  • Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to enable the team to achieve their targets effectively.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and internal controls related to the Education Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. 10+ years of total experience.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and optimizing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
