Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Director to own the end-to-end sales funnel experience. Your goal is to eliminate friction between initial interest and final purchase. You will be the architect of our Omnichannel Sales Journey, ensuring that whether a lead interacts with an automated email, a social ad, or a direct sales rep, the experience is seamless, personalized, and high-converting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Journey Orchestration: Design and optimize the end-to-end "Lead-to-Net-Sales" lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive experience across web, mobile, and assisted sales channels.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Mastery: Partner with engineering and CRM teams to build sophisticated Salesforce workflows that automate lead routing, scoring, and follow-up tasks.
- Marketing & Sales Integration: Own the integration between Marketing Cloud and our sales tools to ensure high-intent signals from marketing campaigns trigger immediate, relevant sales actions.
- Ecommerce Synergy: Bridge the gap between self-service ecommerce flows and rep-assisted sales, allowing customers to move fluidly between online carts and human interaction.
- Outcome-Driven Roadmapping: Prioritize features based on their impact on core KPIs: Lead Conversion Rate (LCR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Time-to-Close.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between the Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering teams to align technical builds with frontline sales needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management with a focus on Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing activities.
- Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with Salesforce and Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Automation Fluency: Experience using Marketing Cloud for transactional and behavioral messaging (SMS, Push, Email).
- Empathy-Driven Design: A knack for journey mapping that accounts for the customer's emotional state during a sales process.
- Data Literacy: Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback (comments) with quantitative data (churn logs) to prioritize the roadmap.
