Job DescriptionVisa is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales Excellence to support the evolution of our sales approach across the CEMEA region. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on sales enablement and process improvement to enhance our client-centric sales strategies. The successful candidate will help align sales processes with client needs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs. By working closely with client-facing teams and both regional and global colleagues, the Director will help embed best practices and contribute to positive change across the region.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy: Develop and implement learning and enablement strategies for key sales initiatives that support business growth and align with organizational objectives.
- Enablement Program: Use existing platforms and tools to gather feedback, deliver relevant training, and measure learning effectiveness. Continuously assess and update programs to improve outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce sales cycle time, implementation time, and accelerate time to revenue
- Project Management: End to end management of strategic projects that align with Visa’s business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify challenges and suggest practical solutions to improve sales processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and monitor the impact of initiatives.
- Communication: Articulate clear, concise, and impactful recommendations and updates to senior management, ensuring alignment and support for the initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, banking, or equivalent fields.
- Experience in sales enablement or sales roles within B2B organizations, ideally with multi-product solutions.
