We are looking for Director of Sales EMEA (m/f/d) located in Germany, Italy, Spain, France or UK:

Main tasks:

  • Understand high macro-level Sales Funnel and work directly with Managing Director EMEA, Director Aftermarket and Director Supply Chain & Operations to achieve sustainable results.
  • Work with European Business Managers in growing market share in every region and industries and achieving quarterly sales goals
  • Overall accountability for achieving revenue goals of systems and spare parts.
  • Establish and implement sales forecasts and objectives.
  • Develop and ensure effective execution of sales programs.
  • Examine sales statistics to devise sales approach.
  • Strive to maintain and consistently enhance Flow’s competitive position in the marketplace.
  • Monitor customer requirements for both existing and future products.
  • Participate in trade shows, relevant seminars and work with sales agents and distributors to increase product awareness.

General Management:

  • Oversee and influence Trade Show schedule.
  • Develop department strategic goals and visions statements with direct reports.
  • Establish measurable departmental goals, and appropriate methods to track and evaluate achievements in CRM.
  • Structure and complete performance reviews for subordinates and Regional Business Managers.
  • Serve as liaison between management staff and appropriate internal departments to communicate critical issues that may impact sales success and look for solutions.
  • Influence, and when appropriate, direct in the construction of departmental budgets, staffing, business tools in conjunction with Managing Director.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or other related field.
  • Minimum of (7) years of capital equipment sales experience is a must; additionalWaterjet or Laser experience is a strong asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of company products specifications, product processes and cutting technologies in various applications.
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, solicit input, motivate employees and elicit work output.
  • Fluency in English, additional European languages are a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel with frequency, occasionally for extended periods of time.
