The Quality Engineer acts as a liaison between product engineering and manufacturing, ensures compliance with quality standards, manages supplier audits, and supports new project launches.

Support direct sales and distributor partners in an assigned territory by executing sales activities, delivering presentations and technical demonstrations, conducting needs assessments and sample cutting, providing ROI analysis, fostering distributor/customer relationships, and traveling to customer sites to support pre-sales and application needs.

Lead end-to-end projects and logistics initiatives: manage schedules, ERP data, procurement, budgets, risk, stakeholders, tooling/materials, KPIs, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with customers and sales to develop proposals: create 2D/3D system concepts, generate cost estimates, finalize concepts, produce quotes with drawings/specs, perform occasional site visits, and stay current on relevant technologies.

Support marketing and sales by executing social media strategy, creating digital content, managing inbound leads and CRM data, coordinating with sales to route and nurture leads, and tracking engagement and conversion metrics to grow pipeline.

The Production Supervisor leads operations teams to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets while fostering team engagement and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Support direct sales and distributor partners within a Texas territory by executing sales activities, delivering presentations and technical demonstrations, conducting outreach and ROI analysis for prospects, and providing application support. Foster distributor and customer relationships, report market/competitor insights, and travel frequently to perform demos, site visits, and pre-sales support.

Set up and operate CNC and conventional mills/lathes to produce precision metal and non-metal components. Read blueprints, select tooling, perform test runs, adjust feeds/speeds, and inspect parts with precision instruments. Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, follow QMS/ISO quality and safety procedures, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes.

The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding customer networks, managing existing clients, providing product advice, and reporting insights to management.

Lead manufacturing engineering efforts to optimize CNC machining and assembly processes, liaise with Engineering and Purchasing, define process routes and SOPs, drive continuous improvement, conduct machine capability and workflow studies, approve engineering changes, prepare process reports, support shop-floor problem solving, and manage tooling and cost-reduction projects.
