Lead site P&L and end-to-end manufacturing performance—safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity. Act as senior site leader, drive operational stability using daily management systems and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM), prioritize capital, solve cross-functional constraints, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

Proactively prospect, reconnect with dormant leads, and qualify inbound interest to build pipeline. Research accounts, engage prospects via calls and email, support in-person demos at the Customer Technology Center, collaborate with sales for handoffs, and track outreach activity to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision parts from engineering drawings. Perform tooling selection, machine adjustments, in-process and final inspections, troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and QMS/ISO quality standards, and collaborate with engineers and production staff.

Lead manufacturing engineering efforts to optimize CNC machining and assembly processes, liaise with Engineering and Purchasing, define process routes and SOPs, drive continuous improvement, conduct machine capability and workflow studies, approve engineering changes, prepare process reports, support shop-floor problem solving, and manage tooling and cost-reduction projects.

The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding customer networks, managing existing clients, providing product advice, and reporting insights to management.

Lead site quality functions including QA/QC, incoming and supplier quality, and customer quality. Maintain and improve the QMS and ISO readiness, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitor quality metrics, support new product introductions and validation, partner with operations/engineering/supply chain, and coach site quality personnel to improve performance and reduce defects.

Lead execution of integrated marketing programs across digital, email, social, and print. Manage content calendars, create assets, run email and social campaigns, track performance, support events and trade shows, coordinate inbound leads, and liaise with sales to drive brand awareness and lead generation in a B2B industrial automation context.

The Quality Engineer acts as a liaison between product engineering and manufacturing, ensures compliance with quality standards, manages supplier audits, and supports new project launches.

Lead end-to-end projects and logistics initiatives: manage schedules, ERP data, procurement, budgets, risk, stakeholders, tooling/materials, KPIs, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead development and execution of sourcing strategy: identify and onboard vendors, negotiate contracts, build a scalable strategic sourcing function, implement procurement and contract management systems, drive cost savings and risk mitigation, set governance and KPIs, and lead a sourcing team while collaborating across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product.

Work with customers and sales to develop proposals: create 2D/3D system concepts, generate cost estimates, finalize concepts, produce quotes with drawings/specs, perform occasional site visits, and stay current on relevant technologies.

Serve as the primary HR business partner for the Flow segment, delivering end-to-end HR services including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change. Advise and coach leadership, lead complex employee relations and investigations, drive performance management and succession planning, and manage HR operations and programs. Support HR initiatives (e.g., HRIS, job architecture) and ensure audit-ready documentation and alignment of people strategy with business objectives.

Set up and operate CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate metal and non-metal parts. Read blueprints and specs, select fixtures and tools, program or set machine controls, perform trial runs, inspect finished parts for tolerance, install replacement parts, and work with engineers to resolve machining issues.

The Production Supervisor leads operations teams to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets while fostering team engagement and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
