What You'll Do:
  • Lead the development and execution of Prinsco-wide safety programs, policies, tools, and standards
  • Drive consistency and accountability for safety performance across all plants, yards, remote, and office teams
  • Partner with site leaders to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and improve outcomes
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on leader—supporting sites through coaching, problem-solving, and follow-through
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety requirements across multiple states
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness
  • Leverage safety data, metrics, and trends to drive continuous improvement and executive insights
  • Champion a strong, engaged safety culture across all levels of the organization

  • Build, influence, and elevate — This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, influence leaders, and create lasting improvements in safety performance and culture.
  • Be more than compliance — At Prinsco, safety is about people first. You’ll help move the organization beyond compliance to true ownership and engagement.
  • Work alongside leaders who value partnership — Join a team that prioritizes collaboration between HR, Operations, and site leadership to get results.
  • Drive real, measurable results — Your work will directly impact incident reduction, team member experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Strong foundation with room to grow — Established programs combined with the opportunity to improve, standardize, and scale.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits — Including comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and development opportunities.
