Job Description Summary:

The Director, RGM Execution Growth Acceleration, will be responsible for leading and driving adoption of strategic initiatives across the RGM Execution customer teams.  Examples include: In year plan acceleration, short and long-term strategic SOVI investment, price increase narratives, digital ecommerce, etc.   Works directly with the Vice President, RGM Execution and other cross functional leads to drive key initiatives to maximize top line growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies key strategic opportunities to accelerate growth grounded in RGM principles for National Retail Sales Customers.  Sizes opportunities, determines risk, develops path forward, leads discussion with key system stakeholders and ensures alignment
  • Helps build the “why” and selling story (internal and external) behind each key initiative to educate the RGM Execution, Sales Teams and customer on the importance of initiatives to unlock multi-year growth
  • Works with RGM Capabilities and Insights teams to develop tracking mechanisms to understand adoption rate and impact of key initiatives
  • Builds and tracks project schedule with key milestones, critical path dependencies and resource tracking
  • Plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional project deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Experience and comfort working directly with senior leaders; aligning senior execs w/ differing perspectives on complex strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborating with customer teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders
  • 5- 10 years’ experience, preferably RGM, Insights or Strategy related in the consumer goods/beverages industry
  • Experience in developing business plans / business cases; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating future needs)
  • Experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience and comfort working in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and highly proficient in analytical modeling, pivot tables, and excel advanced formulas
  • Knowledge of Nielsen, Numerator and other POS/Panel based systems
  • Experience in developing Pricing / Promotional structures and managing trade funds
  • Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other graduate degree a plus

Pay Range:

$148,000 - $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
