We are a rapidly growing, Boston-based medical technology company using AI to enable clinicians to make informed decisions on cardiovascular care - leading to better patient outcomes, improved quality of care, and reduced healthcare costs. Come work at Elucid and be part of delivering on our mission to prevent heart attacks and strokes!
Closing the deal is only half the work, the other half is everything that has to run cleanly behind it: the quote, the contract, the handoff to implementation, the invoice. As our first Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll run the team and build the engine behind our go-to-market motion, setting priorities, designing systems, and staying hands-on as it matures. You’ll own everything from lead routing and Salesforce architecture to quote-to-cash workflows, forecasting, and the revenue reporting our executive team relies on, all shaped around a complex, multi-stakeholder software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) sales process. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance to make sure every deal moves cleanly from first conversation to billing. If you know Salesforce and quote-to-cash cold and would rather build the process than inherit it, help us scale the business behind technology that’s changing how cardiovascular disease is detected and treated.
- 8+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations or a related field like sales strategy or business operations, ideally with B2B SaaS or SaMD products, and 3+ years experience managing a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- Advanced, hands-on Salesforce administration skills (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred).
- Proven ownership of quote-to-cash processes, including CPQ, contract management, and billing tool integration.
- A strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and SaaS metrics such as bookings, ARR, and retention.
- A builder’s mindset, comfortable with a high degree of ownership operating within a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience leading people and managing vendors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- This is a role based out of our office in Boston, MA. Our team is hybrid and has a preference for local candidates or those located in Eastern time zones in the continental U.S.
- The anticipated base salary range for this position at Elucid is $165,000-$185,000. Compensation will be influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to internal pay equity, job-related knowledge, skills, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geography as outlined in the job description.

What We Do
Elucid is a Boston-based medical technology company using uniquely interpretable and validated AI to provide physicians with a cost-effective means to optimize treatment decisions for patients with cardiovascular disease. Advanced clinical insight from Elucid equips physicians with critical information designed to enable precision medicine. Elucid is the first FDA-Cleared and CE-marked non-invasive software to quantify atherosclerotic plaque characteristics compared to histopathology, including Lipid Rich Necrotic Core. The company has published studies for its derivation of fractional flow reserve (FFRct) based on the vasodilative capacity of the vessel wall and estimation of coding and non-coding RNA transcripts (“Virtual Transcriptomics”). This unique information informs improved treatment decisions by physicians leading to better patient outcomes, improved quality of care, and reduced healthcare costs. The Elucid software is available for commercial use in the U.S. and Europe
