About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally.  We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

The Director, Revenue Marketing will develop and execute strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation, ultimately fueling the Kyriba sales pipeline. Key duties include managing marketing strategies, collaborating with sales, analyzing marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings performance with data, and optimizing marketing channels to increase revenue. The Director, Revenue Marketing will focus primarily on the optimization and performance of Kyriba’s top performing pipeline source–inbound handraisers coming to Kyriba.com.

Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, this role will also help invent and own the process for analyzing real-time buyer behavior and intent signals to inform and personalize marketing outreach. Key responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data from various sources like website interactions, social media, and company changes, then using these insights to trigger timely and relevant campaigns and messaging.

This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

You’ll work closely with go-to-market leaders to turn high-level goals into real, scalable systems. You’ll spot gaps, solve for edge cases, and ensure the entire funnel—from first meeting to renewal—runs smoothly and intelligently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Strategy development: Develop and execute demand generation strategies that are informed by real-time signals, moving away from static, pre-scheduled campaigns.

  • Signal prioritization: Identify and prioritize which signals are most indicative of buying readiness and apply them to a defined ideal customer profile (ICP).

  • Data analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify buyer intent signals, such as website visits, content downloads, email clicks, and firmographic changes.

  • Personalized outreach: Craft tailored messages and campaigns that resonate with specific customer needs and pain points at the right moment.

  • Technology utilization: Work with and manage signal-tracking and marketing automation tools to enable proactive engagement and streamlined processes.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with sales teams to synchronize outreach efforts based on a shared understanding of buyer signals and intent.

  • Performance measurement: Analyze and measure the effectiveness of signal-based campaigns against business outcomes and continuously refine the strategy.

Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in demand generation with at least 5 years experience leading teams

  • Data and analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets to find meaningful patterns.

  • Marketing automation and CRM: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).

  • Personalization: A deep understanding of how to personalize content and messaging at scale.

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales and other teams.

  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with various data sources and the tools used to track them.

Our Values Guide Everything We Do

  • Put our Customers’ Needs First: We are passionate about delivering the highest value for our customers and supporting them with end-to-end care throughout their journey with us.

  • Act with Integrity: Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We take personal responsibility for our actions, own our decisions, and honour each other’s contributions. We empower each other through honesty, respect, trust and transparency.

  • Work as One Team: We are driven by our common goals and share in each other’s successes and failures, learning and working together as a team where everyone can bring their best selves.

  • Strive for Excellence while Having Fun: We enjoy tackling new challenges together, and revel in continuous improvement as we deliver, with ultimate professionalism, the very best for our customers, while exceeding our own expectations.
