Trusted by thousands of organizations across 80+ countries (including Fortune 500 companies and public sector leaders), our products streamline processes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock new possibilities. Backed by Insight Partners (with a recent $100M+ investment), we’ve grown from a 40-person startup to over 160 team members globally and continue to scale rapidly. As a remote-first company, our team is distributed across the US, Europe, and Asia, embracing asynchronous collaboration and a low-meeting culture to build world-class B2D (Business-to-Developer) products that developers love.

Your Role at Nutrient...

The Director of Revenue Marketing will be responsible for all pipeline creation and acceleration at Nutrient including Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions. You will architect and execute integrated marketing strategies that create high-quality demand, accelerate acquisition, and optimize conversion across the full funnel.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role that combines digital strategy, campaign execution, experimentation, and cross-functional partnership. You will be a player/coach with a small but mighty team to generate predictable pipeline and develop the foundation of Nutirent’s PLG engine.

What You'll Work On...Sales-Led Growth Pipeline Creation
  • Own the full SLG demand generation strategy, delivering pipeline that meets or exceeds quarterly targets.
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email, and partner channels.
  • Create and operationalize sales campaigns in partnership with Sales leadership, including outbound motions, account-based plays, and nurture workflows.
  • Partner with the content team to create assets that support conversion across the funnel (e.g. landing pages, nurture flows, gated content).
  • Implement rigorous testing frameworks to optimize CPL, CAC, MQL → SQO conversion, and down-funnel efficiency.
Product-Led Growth Development
  • Develop Nutrient’s PLG motion, including in-product onboarding journeys, self-serve sign-ups, and activation strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define friction points and optimize user acquisition, activation, and expansion.
  • Create experiment roadmaps to test pricing, packaging, onboarding flows, and usage triggers.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs that measure PLG effectiveness and channel contribution to revenue.
Digital Strategy & Marketing Operations
  • Own day-to-day digital advertising programs, including budget allocation, forecasting, optimization, and vendor management.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (MAP, attribution, automation tools, analytics) to ensure clean, actionable data.
  • Build dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI across all channels.
Events, Field Marketing & Integrated Campaigns
  • Oversee all virtual and in-person events, including webinars, sponsored conferences, customer events, and roadshows.
  • Build field marketing programs that support regional sales teams and accelerate late-stage deals.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning across product marketing, content, sales, and design.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Manage a small team of demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing operations specialists.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure tight alignment on pipeline goals and funnel performance.

What You'll Bring...

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering predictable, scalable pipeline in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising, campaign development, and full-funnel performance optimization.
  • Experience building or contributing to a PLG motion (activation, onboarding, usage expansion).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and attribution modeling.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and operating in a fast-moving, startup environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product.

Who Thrives Here...

At Nutrient, we’re not just hiring for skills — we’re hiring for mindset. The people who thrive here are:

  • Collaborators: You collaborate openly, listen actively, and prioritize team success over ego.
  • Hungry Learners: Rapid learning fuels progress and career growth.
  • Curious Thinkers: You dig deep to uncover the “why,” valuing understanding over simply being right.
  • Self-Starters: You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities with creativity and persistence.
  • Owners: You take responsibility for solutions and outcomes, always looking for ways to improve what’s within your control.
  • Doers: You’re energized by progress, motivated to create meaningful impact, and eager to tackle challenges.
Why You'll Love Working Here...

At Nutrient, you’ll be part of an impactful mission – shaping how thousands of global organizations and millions of users handle document workflows every day. You’ll join a smart, diverse team distributed around the world, where we collaborate to drive innovation and growth — all backed by a recent $100M+ investment from Insight Partners fueling our journey. We believe in a culture of autonomy and trust, giving you the freedom to define strategies, experiment, and deliver results in a high-growth environment. Our ethos is centered on continuous learning and collaboration, ensuring every team member has the opportunity to innovate and drive meaningful change.

We also know that life is more than work. We embrace a remote-first, low-meeting culture that prioritizes asynchronous communication and flexibility so you can do your best work on your schedule. We organize an annual global retreat (past locations include Croatia, Spain, and Greece) to celebrate our wins and strengthen our bonds as a team. Nutrient offers competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work with a global team that feels like a family. And of course, you’ll have the satisfaction of marketing a product that developers truly love – and seeing the tangible impact of your work on our customers.
