Job Summary

We are seeking a Director, Quote Project Management  to join our team.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage a team of 15 engineers/project managers supporting VAM quotations for all Flex sites in Americas/Europe regions for 6 business units
• Timely delivery of accurate VAM quotes
• Handle escalations as necessary involving high level executives
• Consultant for executive level quotations reviewing quotes to ensure competitiveness and minimize risk
• Maintain standard process for the team with the goal of increasing competitiveness, minimizing risk and ultimately driving growth through new business wins
• Provide guidance and training to each member of the team

The experience we are looking to add to our team

• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing process.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements, balance sheets and financial skills
• MS Office suite of tools
• Management of multi-region diverse team
• Strong combination of tactical approach with a larger focus on the strategic initiatives that will drive growth and improvement
• Ability to manage challenging environment with both site and commercial team influences
