Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Director, Quality Programs.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is in person.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Expectations for this Role:

Sentara Health is seeking a Director, Medical Staff Services. This director will be a key leadership role in creating and maintaining system processes for measuring and monitoring Healthcare Quality for the Care Delivery systems within Sentara Health.  The position with be the system subject matter expert for CMS, Medicaid, and payor-associated quality programs.  This director will play a key role in working with clinical leadership and quality leadership across the system to influence care delivery processes to perform well in healthcare quality metrics.   The role will also play a key role in support peer review processes across the system.

This role will report directly to the Chief Medical and Academic Officer.
