Make Your Mark:
The Director of PS Solutions & Strategy will play a critical leadership role in defining and executing the strategic direction for the organization's Professional Services (PS) solutions. This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of service offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and company goals and objectives . The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Service Delivery, to deliver high-value solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of professional services, solution development, and go-to-market execution .

  • Define the strategic roadmap for professional services solutions, aligning with overall business goals, market demand, and customer requirements.
  • Lead the development and refinement of services solution offerings, ensuring they address client challenges and are competitively positioned in the market.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set short- and long-term goals for the PS Solutions team, including bookings targets, market penetration, and client satisfaction objectives .
  • Lead the development of new professional services solutions, from concept to launch, by working with product management, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Continuously refine and enhance existing service offerings based on client feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive innovation within the professional services portfolio by identifying emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for professional services solutions, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with sales to create tailored value propositions, solution bundles, and pricing models that resonate with different client segments and industries.
  • Support sales efforts by providing strategic guidance on solution fit, client needs, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with Product Management to align professional services solutions with product offerings and ensure seamless integration where necessary.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell professional services solutions.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback, adjusting solutions and delivery processes as needed to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning, ensuring professional services solutions remain relevant and differentiated.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on opportunities for expanding the PS solutions portfolio .
  • Develop and track KPIs for the PS Solutions team, including solution adoption, top-line growth, and client satisfaction .
  • Regularly report to senior leadership on progress toward targets, offering data-driven insights to optimize solution strategies and execution.
  • Other duties as assigned .


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business , Information Technology, or a related field .
  • 8+ years of experience in professional services, solution development, or sales strategy roles, with a focus on developing and delivering services in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM and service delivery tools, as well as analytics platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of professional services solutions and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership on solution strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities with a deep understanding of professional services and solution delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive solution development and optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of business forecasting and performance management processes and approaches
  • Ability to effectively work with tight schedules and fast paced environment

Salary Range:
USD $161,000.00 - USD $214,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
