That’s where our Engineering Program Management Office (PMO) shines, driving some of the most complex, cross-product initiatives whilst managing dependencies and projects that span the entire company.

Your Impact as Director, Hardware Project Management

We're looking for a passionate and collaborative leader to drive high-performing teams in Sydney and Singapore as they bring cutting-edge Mask and Device therapy products to life.

In this role, you'll be at the helm of complex, full-lifecycle programs in a regulated hardware environment—overseeing delivery, resolving challenges, managing risk, and creating a culture where project managers can thrive. Your ability to navigate organizational complexity, foster cross-functional collaboration, and turn insight into action will be critical to success.

What You'll Do

• Own the execution of full-lifecycle hardware projects, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Drive problem-solving and risk management, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive decision-making.
• Influence cross-functional teams, working seamlessly with Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with high impact and visibility.
• Ability to lead and create followership whilst overseeing multiple projects and teams across different domains and geographies.
• A ‘people-first’ leadership mindset, creating opportunities for growth while driving high performance.
• Deep expertise in hardware engineering, product development, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices preferred).
