Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for a Director, Enterprise Strategy, Integration & Operations supporting the Vice President & General Manager of the Global Surveillance Division. This on-site leadership role is located in Melbourne, FL
In this role, the incumbent will:
Create strategic rhythm that shapes culture, ensures insight into programs, drives program and financial performance, and ensures strategic messaging
Establish and carry out day-to-day business operations to support division priorities including developing deliverables and preparing VP/GM for executive level engagements
Support Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities
Lead and manage strategic planning activities to drive long-term growth objectives
Plan and manage discretionary investment (capital, indirect, and non-contractual technical activity (NCTA)) to support LRSP and AOP
Partner with programs and functions to drive horizontal / vertical integration to optimize people, processes, and tools
Identify top-level risks, issues, and actions impacting the division and ensure resolution
Represent the division on the Sector Space Utilization Requirements (SPUR) Board
Serve as the division focal point for the sector program management homeroom focused on program execution/reporting and program manager training
Perform special assignments to include, but not limited to, staffing assessments and metrics, assessing and optimizing organizations, employee engagement actions, and division health

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related professional / military experience OR a Master's degree and 8 years of related professional / military experience
Related experience must be in or a combination of program management, capture, cross functional integration management, or engineering
5 years in a program or project leadership role
Prior experience working with executives and senior leaders
Experience leading / aligning teams to achieve a common goal in a dynamic work environment
Experience managing communications with stakeholders
Experience in program risk, opportunity, and issue management
Experience in program staffing, reporting, and messaging
Demonstrated depth in technical and business acumen
The ability to address uncertainty through an organized and analytical forward-looking approach
Active U.S Government Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree and advanced training in program management or capture management
Experience in program management across all phases of a program lifecycle
5 years of successful industry P&L experience on a large aircraft development, production or sustainment program
Experience with execution of large, multi-year development programs
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience in program integration and leading program integration teams
Experience coordinating information technology, facilities, and other support efforts
Experience in strategic planning, business development, and/or capture
Active U.S Government Top Secret / SCI clearance
