Curant Health is searching for a Director of Program Success to join its team in Atlanta, GA.

The Director of Program Success (DPS) is both a Curant Health Leadership Team member and a Customer Strategy & Performance Leadership Team member. This role is responsible for leading the Program Success Team, including Program Managers and Program Analysts, while driving program performance, client success, and operational alignment across all Curant Health business units.

The DPS will serve as a strategic leader and trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring programs are implemented successfully, sustained effectively, and positioned for continued growth. This role will also collaborate closely with Brand Strategy, Customer Development, Market Leadership, Continuous Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, and Operations to support the full client and patient journey.

Responsibilities

We have listed a few of your responsibilities below:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Program Success Team, including Program Managers and Program Analysts, across all Curant Health business units.
  • Manage team performance and accountability to ensure individual and team goals related to Activity, Productivity, and Impact are achieved.
  • Serve as a key liaison between external clients and internal teams to address program needs, resolve challenges, and ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Partner with Continuous Process Improvement, Business Intelligence, Brand Strategy, Market Leadership, and Operations to support account success, enhance processes, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Oversee program implementation, sustainability, and growth while ensuring strong communication and teamwork across departments for all client-related matters.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Curant Health reporting, analytics, and operational tools, including but not limited to Curalytics, Medplan, Microsoft report server, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Group Management, and other available platforms.
  • Support the development, refinement, and execution of program standards, benchmarks, and best practices across all business units.
  • Lead business review preparation and presentation activities for key clients in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and assess strategic plans that improve program performance, increase client value, and support overall business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand current business, improve profitability, and strengthen Curant Health’s value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and lead key program performance metrics across all business units, including KPI tracking and review of limited and exclusive distribution medications.
  • Support inventory control oversight, including variance investigation, corrective action planning, and training support for 340B clients and staff as needed.
  • Advocate for Curant Health’s mission and vision through strong leadership, collaboration, and client partnership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of related experience in program management, client success, healthcare operations, analytics, or a related field required.
  • Previous leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams required.
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or a highly regulated environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of client program management, performance metrics, and cross-functional business operations required.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Microsoft reporting platforms, and similar systems preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, lead through influence, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders required.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
