Director of Product

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead one of our product management groups and drive the roadmap and execution of our cybersecurity product portfolio.

At Zenity, product management combines a deep understanding of customer pain points, business processes, people, and technology, together with a vision for where the company and our products need to be. This role requires strong leadership, proven experience in building and managing product teams, and deep expertise in cybersecurity.

As a Director of Product Management, you will:

• Lead and grow a team of product managers, including direct management of senior PMs.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zenity’s cybersecurity product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and research leadership to deliver innovative solutions that empower application security professionals and business teams alike.
• Partner directly with customers and stakeholders to ensure our products deliver real, measurable value, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Play a critical role in integrating AI and generative AI technologies, such as Copilot, into our platform to enhance security, usability, and adoption.
• Act as a thought leader in the market, representing Zenity externally and shaping the direction of the low-code/no-code and AI security ecosystem.
• Report directly to the VP of Product, while influencing cross-company priorities and ensuring alignment with Zenity’s business goals.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2+ years in managing product managers.
• Strong background in cybersecurity — must.
• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of AI and generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering software products/services to market and driving adoption.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, research, and business teams.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate complex needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding presentation and writing skills.
