We are looking for an AI Product Director to own execution across Coralogix’s AI initiatives. This role sits directly under the VP of AI and is responsible for translating product vision into fast, high-quality, customer-validated delivery. This is hands-on execution leadership role.
You will manage and mentor PMs, work closely with Engineering and Design, validate quality before features ship, and maintain a tight feedback loop with customers. Your success will be measured by speed, clarity, and outcomes - not by roadmaps or meetings.
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for user experience and interaction design, with hands-on experience shaping user flows and crafting products that look great and feel effortless to use.
What You’ll Do
Own End-to-End Execution
- Take high-level product vision and turn it into concrete, shippable work
- Break down ideas into: clear scopes, Milestones, acceptance criteria
- Drive delivery from concept → build → validation → release
Lead & Elevate Product Management
- Directly manage and mentor junior PMs
- Set the quality bar for: product specs, problem framing, execution rigor
- Review and challenge PM work before it reaches Engineering
- Coach PMs to think in terms of simplicity, speed, and tradeoffs
Partner Deeply with Engineering
- Work day-to-day with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
- Ensure work handed to R&D is: clear, well-scoped, biased toward the simplest viable solution
- Push back on over-engineering and unnecessary platform work
Ensure Quality & Product Coherence
- Validate features before and after release: UX correctness, edge cases, alignment with product principles
- Ensure consistency across the product
- Treat “merged” as a checkpoint, not the finish line
Own the Customer Feedback Loop
- Talk directly with customers, design partners, and internal teams
- Extract real signal from feedback
- Close the loop by rapidly feeding insights back into execution
- Balance customer needs with velocity and focus
- 8–12+ years in Product Management
- Experience leading PMs in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of shipping complex products quickly
- Strong background in: developer tools, platforms, infrastructure, observability, security, or data products
- Exceptional at breaking down problems into executable steps
- Strong technical intuition - can reason about tradeoffs without being the implementer
- Ability to spot over-engineering early
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and deciding fast
- Strong written communication - prefers docs over meetings
Huge advantage if you have:
- Previous experience as a software engineer
- Hands-on experience with: APIs, distributed systems, logging, metrics, traces, auth / RBAC / audit systems
- Experience working on AI-powered products or platforms
