What You'll Do:
- Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with FloQast’s mission, customer needs, and business objectives, with a focus on accounting workflow automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, requirement definition, feature prioritization, and collaboration with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability while helping team members achieve their career goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure seamless go-to-market (GTM) strategies, customer adoption, and product success.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate ideas, and ensure products deliver measurable value, particularly for accounting and finance teams.
- Drive Business Outcomes: Own the product roadmap and KPIs, ensuring features and products deliver tangible business impact, improve customer satisfaction, and drive adoption and retention.
- Executive Alignment: Work closely with the executive leadership team to align product initiatives with company goals and present roadmaps, business justifications, and customer value drivers.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing Product Managers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and ideally, familiarity with accounting, finance, or workflow automation processes, primarily in the enterprise space.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Experience engaging with customers to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful products.
- Ability to define and execute a product vision that aligns with market trends and company goals, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional ability to communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions to internal teams, executives, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or fintech industries, with an understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, or compliance processes.
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in SaaS products.
- Experience scaling products in a high-growth, pre-IPO or public company environment.
