What we're looking for...
- 10+ years of product management experience, with proven success leading SaaS products at scale.
- Startup and growth experience - you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential.
- Proven product leadership - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, aligning stakeholders, and scaling solutions to large markets.
- Strong execution and strategic instincts - balancing user needs, business opportunities, and technical innovation while keeping teams focused on outcomes.
- Exceptional influence and communication skills - you can inspire teams, simplify complexity, and make sound decisions with confidence.
- Strong AI literacy - you have hands-on experience building with or integrating AI/ML systems, and you can confidently partner with researchers and engineers from day one to shape strategy, evaluate opportunities, and bring AI-powered experiences to market.
- Background in education/ed-tech is welcome but not required.
